HANSJOERK DOBLIAR

Hansjoerg Dobliar’s paintings open up a view on emotional spaces. They are less about concrete places or objects, but more in relation to a condition of the mind, as the title of one of his solo exhibitions “Hysteria and Abstraction” provokes. His work was honored with the Bayerischer Kunstförderpreis in 2004 and with a stipend by Villa Massimo, Rome in 2006.
