JEPPE HEIN

Hein wants to provoke "an incongruous dialogue between the art and the viewer and to use humour to broaden the limits of conceptual art. I want to show that the work isn’t anything on its own, it is only what the public informs it with. The viewers’ role brings the piece to the centre of attention." His works are held in institutional collections such as the Tate Gallery, London, Centre Pompidou, Paris, Museum für Moderne Kunst, Frankfurt/Main, Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.
* 1974 in Copenhagen, Denmark, lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
