The viewer interprets Erwin Kneihsl's work as a photograph of the moon, until the title suggests the opposite. The “alchemical” transformation of an object from one state to another is of essential importance to him. The hidden, not the external, is in the foreground here.


Der Betrachter interpretiert Erwin Kneihsls Arbeit als Aufnahme des Mondes, bis ihn der Titel auf das Gegenteil stößt. Die „alchemistische“ Verwandlung eines Objekts von einem Zustand in einen anderen ist für ihn von essentieller Bedeutung. Das Verborgene, nicht das Äußere steht hier im Vordergrund.
