About
The metamorphosis from unicorn to human is not just an enormous external change. The unicorn becomes a living being that is aware of its beauty and is affected by the finiteness of its life as well as by human emotions such as pity, sadness and love.
The pink tone of the room illustrates the incarnation of the unicorn. The exhibits illustrate on the one hand the violence of the red bull and on the other hand the fragility and tenderness of Lady Amalthea - and thus of femininity or humanity in general. In the figure of the Urach spring nymph these emotions are expressed in a special way. Martin Wöhrl's tear installation symbolizes the melancholy character of the nymph / Lady Amalthea.
