In terms of her painting technique, composition and coloring, some of her paintings are reminiscent of old masters, but this happens without intrusiveness and fashionable elegance. Everything on these paintings looks as skillful as it is fresh and above all does one thing: the transfiguration of the ordinary.

Bei ihrer Maltechnik, Komposition und Farbgebung erinnert manches in ihren Gemälden an alte Meister, aber das geschieht ohne Aufdringlichkeit und modisches Vornehmtun. Alles auf diesen Gemälden wirkt so gekonnt wie frisch und leistet vor allem eins:die Verklärung des Gewöhnlichen.
