About

The three-part mirror work is hold together by the word »Prospect«. The elements represent the temporal dimensions of past, present and future. By capturing the immediate space as well as oneself in front of the mirror, Weltbrandt's conceptual work throws the viewer back on himself.


Die dreiteilige Spiegelarbeit wird durch das Wort »Prospect« (englisch für Ausblick, Aussicht) zusammengehalten. Die Elemente stehen für die zeitlichen Dimensionen Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und Zukunft. Durch die Erfassung des unmittel- baren Raums sowie der eigenen Person vor dem Spiegel wirft die konzeptuelle Arbeit Weltbrandts den Betrachter auf sich selbst zurück.
