Who we are
Martina Tauber fine art
Martina Tauber Fine Art provides expert advice on acquiring and selling art wisely. We place education at the centre of our service so that our clients are empowered to make informed decisions, whilst pursuing their individual passions.
Martina Tauber
After completing a degree in Museum Studies and continuing with Art History, Martina started working in the contemporary art market 20 years ago. She gained her wide range of knowledge at renowned Berlin (Max Hetzler, Galerie Ulrich Gebauer) and Munich (Grimm/Rosenfeld, Galerie Andreas Grimm) based art galleries. A collector herself, Martina established her personal art advisory in 2012 to share her experience, passion and connoisseurship for art. The result of her passion for curating are personal and exotic exhibitions shown at her showroom in Munich and within collaborations worldwide!
Dr. Verena Hertz
Holding a PhD in art history with a specialization on contemporary photography, Verena worked for a number of major art galleries including Vera Munro (Hamburg) and Sprüth Magers (Berlin/Cologne/London/LA) and also gained some experiences in the auction field. Verena met Martina in 2008 in the art world and after moving back to Munich started working for MTFA in January 2017. As director of Martina Tauber Fine Art, she is delighted to bring together her dearest interests and talents, as there are searching for unique art works and scanning art fairs, curating exhibitions with a high profile academic approach as well as working with clients, gallerists and artists.
Michael Daiminger
In the field of graphic design and art direction for over 25 years, award winning Michael Daiminger is specialized in Branding and Corporate Identity for companies. He works freelance and supports MTFA with all graphic design related matters as visualisation, rendering, printed products, website and is responsible for the company’s CI. A few years ago Michael discovered his passion for photography – in particular landscape and nature. Having his debut in 2018 we are curious what there will be next. A nice amount of time he spends traveling on wheels as part of the team for CURVES Magazin.
